After completing her final year of eligibility at Arizona, Jessica Spigner remained with the program as the team's graduate assistant coach.

Spigner, who transferred to Arizona her senior season after playing the first three at Tennessee, posted a .257 batting average with nine home runs, 34 RBI and six doubles as a Wildcat. Spigner led the team with 31 walks and 10 hit-by-pitches, contributing to a .409 on-base-percentage.

Spigner attended Valencia High School in Santa Clarita, Calif., where she was a two-time EA Sports first-team All-American (2007 and 2008) including the 2008 EA Sports National High School Player of the Year.

At Tennessee, Spigner compiled a .332 average in three seasons with 38 home runs, 159 RBI and 40 doubles.

Spigner was born in October of 1990 in Santa Monica, Calif., to Michael and Dyan Spigner.
