2003 Sports Hall of Fame Inductees

The University of Arizona Sports Hall of Fame was established in 1976 with a charter membership of 22. It now includes hundreds of members and 20 teams, representing virtually every sport and a tradition of athletic excellence that spans more than a century. The growth of the Sports Hall of Fame over the past decade has been phenomenal as numerous UA student-athletes and teams reached unparalleled success.

Former student-athletes become eligible for Sports Hall of Fame induction five years after completing their athletics eligibility. Championship teams, or teams which contribute substantially to the University's athletics heritage by attaining national prominence, are eligible for Sports Hall of Fame induction immediately following the exemplary season.
