Arizona Leads Pac-12 in Attendance, Ranks 17th Nationally

TUCSON, Ariz. The Arizona men’s basketball program averaged a program-record 14,591 fans at its 17 home games in 2014-15, checking in at 17th nationally and first in the Pac-12 in the official season attendance rankings provided by the NCAA on Monday.

UA’s average attendance of 14,591 last season translated to a 99.6 percent capacity of McKale Center for the campaign and was the highest average home attendance in program history; the previous single-season attendance record was 14,587, set in 2005-06.

Arizona has led the Pac-12 in attendance every season since 1984-85, a streak of 31 years in a row.

The Wildcats currently own a 38-game home winning streak, the longest active streak in the nation and the third-longest in program history. Arizona has not lost a game at McKale Center since Feb. 10, 2013.

UA is 91-11 (.892) at McKale Center in six seasons under the direction of head coach Sean Miller.
