Information for Disabled Patrons
The University of Arizona is committed to providing equal access and an accessible experience at its athletic events. Accessible seating is available at a variety of locations and price levels throughout our venues. Patrons who need accessible seating due to a disability may purchase accessible seats online, subject to availability. Questions regarding accessible seating or other disability-related access needs may be directed to the Arizona Athletics Ticket Office at (520) 621-2287 or catsinfo@arizona.edu.
ADA Ticket Exchanges
The University of Arizona’s goal is to meet demand from patrons requiring accessible seating. The exchange policy facilitates making accessible seats available for patrons who need accessible features due to a disability.
Exchanges from Reserved Seats to ADA Seats
Season Ticket Members who have a temporary need for accessible seating for one or more home games should contact the University Ticket Office as early as possible. Requests for relocation to accessible seating are subject to availability, and advance notice increases the University's ability to accommodate specific accessibility needs. Game-day ADA seat exchanges are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to the availability of accessible and companion seating. If the available accessible seating is located in a higher-priced section than the original seat location, the ticket holder is responsible for any resulting price difference. There is no additional charge associated with the accessible seating designation itself.
Exchanges for single game ticket buyers
Single-game ticket holders who need accessible seating should contact the University Ticket Office as early as possible. Requests for relocation to accessible seating are subject to availability, and advance notice increases the University's ability to accommodate specific accessibility needs. Game-day ADA seat exchanges are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to the availability of accessible and companion seating. The University will make reasonable efforts to accommodate companions and other members of the ticket holder's party in or near the accessible seating location, however, seating in the same section cannot be guaranteed.
If the available accessible seating is in a higher-priced section than the original seat location, the ticket holder is responsible for any resulting price difference. There is no additional charge associated with the accessible seating designation itself.
ADA Ambulatory Seating
Accessible ambulatory seating is available for guests with mobility disabilities or other mobility-related needs who do not require a wheelchair space.

Unsold ADA Seats
Accessible seating and companion seating that have not been sold on a season-ticket or single-game basis and are not being held to meet anticipated accessibility-related seating needs or ticket exchange requests may be released for sale to the general public at the University of Arizona's discretion and in accordance with applicable ADA requirements.

Casino Del Sol Stadium
Accessible seating is available in the following sections:

East Stadium: Access sections W2 -6 via the elevator inside Gates 1 or 2.

South End Zone: Access sections W11-13 through Gate 9.

North End Zone: Access sections W27 – 35 via the elevators inside Gates 2 and 8.

Club level accessible seating is accessed via elevators inside Gate 3.
Accessible Restrooms:

Located throughout the stadium on the main concourses.

An all gender/family restroom is available on the North End Zone Concourse.
Captioning:

Captions are provided on the screens adjacent to the main scoreboard at the south end of the stadium.

If you are a ZonaZoo member, and have already reserved for non-Accessible seating, please email catszoo@arizona.edu for an Accessible Seating Student Reservation. Please ensure to reference the student reservation release times as these occur the weekend prior to the game. Once reservations have been released, Accessible Seating Student Reservations are also released for students and can be found in the forms message of the selected game.
McKale Center at ALKEME Arena
Seating
The following entrances and seating areas are accessible:

South Entry (main entry): Gates A and B.

Upon entering, take the elevator up to the top concourse accessible seating.

Access middle concourse accessible seating via the south side entrance adjacent to Gate B.

West Entry: Gate C

Concourse seating is accessible by crossing the bridge from Cherry Garage second floor.

North Entry: Gate D

East Entry: Gate E Leads to the middle concourse and scholarship row.
