2006 Men’s 400 Medley Relay Team
Securing the first national relay title for Arizona’s Men’s program since 1993, Ivan Barnes, Adam Ritter, Albert Subirats and Nick Thoman teamed up to win the 400 Medley Relay National Championship in 2006, giving Arizona a sweep of the medley relays for the men’s program. The quartet set a new school and pool record when they swam the event in 3:06.08 to take home the hardware. This win gave Arizona its first national championship in the 400 Medley Relay in school history. Ivan, Adam, Albert, and Nick combined to earn 54 All-America honors during their Wildcat careers.
