Arizona 2019: Expected to enroll in January 2019 … Expected to have three years to complete two seasons of competition.
Junior College: Totaled 26 tackles along with two sacks at Navarro Community College in 2018 … As a freshman, tallied 23 total tackles, two sacks and a fumble recovery … Rated a three-star JUCO prospect by 247 Sports, including the 12-best JUCO defensive tackle in the country and seventh-best overall JUCO prospect in Texas.
High School: Earned varsity letters at Sam Houston High School in Arlington, Texas, under coach Anthony Chris … Graduated in 2017 … Played in 34 varsity games, with 85 solo tackles and 21 sacks .. Registered 14 sacks as a senior in 2016 … Caused three fumbles and scored two defensive touchdowns in career … Also competed in basketball and track and field.
Personal: Son of Ebony Mason … Has two sisters, Triston Mason and Sanaa Dieng, and five brothers, Trenton Gooden, Trey Mason, Trice Mason, Omar Darame and Devin Ewell … Intends to major in communications.
