2024 (XC) – Finished 18th overall in the 8k with a personal best time of 24:15.2 at the Dave Murray Invitational… Placed 16th in the 8k at the Cougar Classic and 23rd at the Highlander Invitational… Competed for the Wildcats at the NCAA Western Regional Championships… Opened the season at the NMSU Lori Fitzgerald Open with a personal best time in the 5k of 15:11.3 and placed 16th overall… Appeared in five meets.
2024 Outdoor – Finished seventh in the 3000m steeplechase at the Pac-12 Championships with a time of 9:31.98 to score points for the Wildcats… Won the 1500m at both the Arizona Spring Break Fiesta and the Jim Click Shootout… Posted a personal best time in the 1500m at the Arizona Spring Break Fiesta of 3:46.54… Won the 3000m steeplechase at the Willie Williams Classic and also finished fifth in the 800m with a personal best time of 1:52.23… Posted a personal record time in the 3000m steeplechase of 9:10.04 at the Mt. SAC Relays… Finished fifth in the 1500m at the Desert Heat Classic… Appeared in six meets.
2024 Indoor – Posted a personal best time of 1:53.75 in the 800m at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Invitational… Ran a personal record time in the mile of 4:06.99 at the Husky Invitational… Appeared in three meets.
2023 (XC) – Posted a season best 8k time of 24:26.8 at the Dave Murray Invitational to place 10th… Finished first for the Arizona Men and 12th overall at the George Kyte Invitational with a 4.5-mile PR time of 22:33.2… Competed at both the Pac-12 Championships and NCAA Western Regionals… Appeared in all six meets.
2023 Outdoor – Clocked a 1500m PR time of 3:50.83 to finish ninth at the Desert Heat Classic… Placed third in the 1500m at the Island Relays… Ran a personal best time of 1:53.23 in the 800m and finished eighth at the Willie Williams Classic… Ended with a PR time of 14:38.68 in the 5000m at the Mt. SAC Relays… Placed sixth in the 1500m at the Jim Click Shootout… Finished 19th in the 1500m and 27th in the 5000m at the Pac-12 Championships… Appeared in six meets.
2023 Indoor – Clocked an indoor mile PR time of 4:07.07 and placed fifth overall at the WSU Open/Invite & Multi’s… Ended in fourth place in the mile at the Don Kirby Invitational… Ran an indoor personal best time in the 800m of 1:56.23 to finish third overall in the event at the Lumberjack Team Challenge… Appeared in five meets.
2022 (XC) – Competed in all six meets during the season… Finished first for the men’s team and 19th overall in the 4.5-mile at the George Kyte Invitational with a time of 23:35.7… Placed eighth overall at the Dave Murray Invitational with an 8k PR of 24:19.8… Clocked a 30:17.2 in the 10k at the NCAA Western Regional Championships.
