Arizona letterwinner Hank Hobson enters his third season as a defensive graduate assistant under Rich Rodriguez. Hobson, who played linebacker for Rodriguez and former head coach Mike Stoops, joined the staff in the fall of 2015.

Now in his third year as a defensive graduate assistant, Hobson works with all facets of the defense, with concentration as an assistant linebacker coach. His duties include assisting the defensive staff with film review, game planning, practice planning, on-field work and other essential duties.

Hobson played in 46 games for the Wildcats, totaling 35 tackles, including two for loss, as a linebacker and key special teams contributor.
