Gaizka Crowley was brought on as General Manager by Head Coach Brent Brennan in February of 2024 and enters his second season with the Wildcats in 2025. Crowley joins the Arizona football program after one season at Western Michigan in the same role.  

Crowley returns to the West Coast after helping UNLV grow its roster from 2020-22 which eventually helped the Rebels earn an appearance in the 2023 Mountain West Championship Game under Head Coach Barry Odom.

The Rebels fell one win shy of bowl eligibility in 2022, going 5-7 and then making a four-win jump to 9-5 during the 2023 season to qualify for the MW Championship Game and the Guaranteed Rate Bowl at Chase Field in Phoenix.  

Crowley is a Florida State graduate who has a depth of high-quality experience with XOS Digital, also known as Catapult, which helps coaching staff's analysis of their roster and scouting.  

Following his time at XOS, Crowley was quickly hired by Southern Illinois to run its personnel department, excelled there to land the UNLV job and then was a key early hire for Taylor as the former Alabama player and top ex-Notre Dame and Louisville assistant filled out his inaugural head coaching staff. 

Crowley began his career as an offensive line coach at Lincoln High School in Tallahassee, Florida, helping the team reach the 2008 FHSAA Class 4A state finals. 
 
A native of the Sunshine State, Crowley graduated from Florida State University in 2010, earning a bachelor’s degree in social science education. He and his wife, Laura, have one daughter, Eloise, and a son, Murphy.
