Isaac Franco was named Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach with the Arizona Football program in May of 2025.
Franco worked for the New York Jets from July 2023 to January 2024 as a Strength and Conditioning Coach. He facilitiated return to play protocols after injuries, emphasizing sprint-based mechanics and position-specific movement quality. He operated weekly monitoring tests utilizing VALD ForceDecks and NordBord to maintain athlete readiness.
Most recently, he served for the last year as a performance coach with Spellman Performance. Franco had a role with the NFL Combine prep aiding in sport science testing and weight room periodization. During his time the Spellman Performance, he also assisted the USA Rugby Men's Sevens National Team during training for the 2024 Paris Olympics.
Prior to working for the Jets, Franco was the Assistant Athletic Performance Coach at San José State University from Feb. 2021 to June 2023. He was the head performance coach for the 2021 Mountain West Champion women's tennis team as well as women's soccer.
Francio earned his B.A. in Human Biology with emphasis in Human Performance from the University of Southern California and earned his M.A. in Exercise Physiology with a concentration in Strength & Conditioning from San José State University.
