Steven Gonzales was named the Director of Football Creative Media for the Arizona Football Program in September of 2020.
Gonzales guides all creative initiatives for Arizona Football, including video, graphic design, photography, motion graphics, art & illustration, recruiting content and internal program needs. While overseeing the social media strategy for Arizona Football.
Over his 11 seasons with Arizona Football, he has led athletic-wide campaigns including large scale print, television advertisements, and original programming along with managing all social media accounts for Arizona Football. Gonzales produces in-stadium content including the football team’s intro video, hype videos, and corresponding graphic elements.
In 2024, he was nominated for a Rocky Mountain Emmy Award with his creation of ‘Sights and Sounds of Arizona Football’. Gonzales is a three-time SAVVY Award Nominee, and his work has been featured on ESPN, NFL, FOX, CBS, Bleacher Report, Pac-12 Networks, along with other national media outlets.
Gonzales has a double major in Film & Television, and Studio Art. He earned both of his Bachelor of Arts degrees from The University of Arizona in May of 2020.
