2023-24: Two-time Pac-12 Championship finalist in the 1m (4th place, 355.90) and 3m (4th place, 385.10).
2022-23: CSCAA First-Team All-American in the platform dive... NCAA Qualifier in the 1M and platform dives... NCAA Finalist in the platform (308.30)… Three-time Pac-12 Championship finalist in the platform (2nd place, 359.95), 3M (4th place, 400.70) and the 1M (5th place, 329.90)… Pac-12 Men’s Diver of the Week.
2021-22: Finalist at the 2022 NCAA D1 Championship diving 1M (6 dives - 358.25)... Three-time finalist at the 2022 Pac-12 Championship diving 3M (403.20), platform (344.65) and 1M (317.35).
2020-21: NCAA Qualifier in the 1M, 3-meter, & platform events… 2nd place finish (398.75) in the platform dive & 3rd place finish in the 1M dive at Pac-12 Diving Championships.
2019-20: Pac-12 Freshman Diver of the Year… Platform Pac-12 Champion with a score of 384.70… CSCAA All-American in the 1-meter & Platform dives.
Before Arizona: Attended Martin Collegiate Institute in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada... Junior and Senior Nationals Finalist.
Personal: Bjorn Markentin, Son of Morris and Joan Markentin... Has an older brother, Hans... Two younger sisters, Erika and Elisa... Decided to attend Arizona because they have “a great family atmosphere and program.”
