2025 Indoor – Did not compete in the 2025 indoor season.

2024 (XC) – Clocked a season best time in the 6k of 21:54.6 at the Cougar Classic and finished first for the team… Placed 20th overall in the 6k at the Dave Murray Invitational… Competed for the Wildcats at the Big 12 Championships… Opened the season with a personal best time in the 5k of 18:40.1 and placed 20th overall at the NMSU Lori Fitzgerald Open… Appeared in five meets.

2024 Outdoor – Did not compete in the 2024 outdoor season.

2024 Indoor – Did not compete in the 2024 indoor season.

2023 (XC) – Ran a season best time of 21:01.0 and finished 17th in the 6k at the UC Riverside Invitational… Placed 21st in the 6k at the Dave Murray Invitational… Was the team’s second-place finisher at both the Pac-12 Championships and NCAA Western Regionals… Posted a personal best time in the 2.5-mile of 15:47.4 and finished 16th at the George Kyte Invitational… Appeared in all six meets.

2023 Outdoor – Clocked a season best time in the 800m of 2:05.18 at the NCAA West First Round Championships to finish 24th… Finished sixth in the 800m at the Pac-12 Championships… Won the 800m at the Willie Williams Classic… Placed second overall in the 800m at both the Island Relays and the Jim Click Shootout… Ended in fifth place in the 800m at the Desert Heat Classic… Appeared in seven meets.

2023 Indoor – Finished fifth in the 800m with a big PR time of 2:04.86 at the Husky Classic… Lowered her personal best for the second straight week at the Ken Shannon Invitational, running a 2:04.75 and finishing sixth in the 800m… Placed second overall at the WSU Open/Invite & Multi’s in the 800m… Was a member of the DMR team that won the event at the WSU Open/Invite & Multi’s with a time of 11:44.28… Appeared in four meets.

2022 (XC) – Competed in all six meets during the season… Finished sixth overall at the Dave Murray Invitational with a 6k PR of 20:42.1… Ran a 16:33.0 in the 2.5-mile to finish 20th at the George Kyte Invitational… Placed second for the women’s team at the NCAA Western Regional Championships.

2022 Outdoor – Clocked an 800 PR of 2:04.95 at the Bryan Clay Invitational… Ran a time of 4:26.90 in the 1500 at the Desert Heat Classic 2022 to finish 3rd… Finished 8th in the 800 Finals with a time of 2:06.59 at the Pac-12 Track & Field Championships… Qualified for the NCAA West Preliminary Round in the 800.

2022 Indoor – Won the 600 at the Lumberjack Team Challenge with a PR of 1:37.82... Finished in the top 5 three times in the 800 with a season best of 2:08.35 at The Badgers Windy City Invite.

2021 (XC) - Clocked a 6k PR of 21:22.6 at the UC Riverside Invitational … Finished eighth at the Dave Murray Invitational with a time of 21:57.3 to help secure the team win for the women’s side.

2021 Outdoor - Ran her season-best 800m time of 2:10.00 at the Desert Heat Classic … Clocked a 1500m PR of 4:26.85 to finish in the top 10 at the West Coast Classic.

2021 Indoor - Did not compete in the 2021 indoor season.

2020-21 (XC) - Appeared in three meets, clocking a PR of 21:08.0 in the 6k race at the Pac-12 Championships.

2020 Outdoor: Cancelled due to COVID-19.

2020 Indoor: Made four appearances … Clocked a time of 2:09.58 in the 800m at the UW Invitational … Finished in the top 10 in the mile at the Larry Wieczorek Invitational … Competed as part of a DMR team that clocked 11:23.06 to take third at the MPSF Championships where she also ran a time of 2:11.46 in the 800m … The remainder of the 2020 indoor season was cancelled due to COVID-19.

2019 (XC): Did not compete in the 2019 cross country season.

High School: Attended Oak Bay High School in Oak Bay, BC.
