2015: Did not compete during the Track & Field season.

2014 (XC): Ran 8K in 24:16.9 at the George Kyte Classic and finished in 17th place overall … Took 21st at the Dave Murray Invitational by running 4.24 miles in 22:45 … Finished the season at the ASU Invite with a four-mile time pof 22:43.07, good for a 23rd-place finish.

2014: Tinoco redshirted the indoor and outdoor seasons.

2013 (XC): Tinoco ran at the George Kyte Classic for the Wildcats and finished 25th overall with a time of 27:45.5 in the 8,000-meter race … At the Dave Murray Invitational, Tinoco took 25th place with a time of 25:14.85 in the 4.25-mile race.

HIGH SCHOOL: Tinoco is a graduate of Golden Valley High School and he was the team captain in 2012 and 2013 … He was also the 2013 team MVP … On the track, he earned first-team all-conference honors and first-team all-district accolades in 2012 … In 2013, Tinoco earned second-team all-conference accolades … For cross country, his team won the 2011 CIF title as well as the Califonia State Championship … In 2012, Tinoco’s team were the league champions.

PERSONAL: He is the son of Shanon Brintall and Jesus Tinoco … He was born in Corona, Calif. … He has five brothers and three sisters … He is a philosophy major and aspires to be a professor.
