2023 Outdoor – Finished seventh and clocked a personal best time of 46.13 in the 400m at the Desert Heat Classic which is eighth all-time in school history… Was a member of the 4x400m team that won the event at the Willie Williams Classic and finished runner-up at the Jim Click Shootout with a season best time of 3:06.59… Finished third in the 400m at both the Island Relays and the Willie Williams Classic… Finished 13th in the 400m and fifth in the 4x400m at the Pac-12 Championships… Qualified for the NCAA West First Round Championships in the 400m… Appeared in seven meets.
2023 Indoor – Ran a 400m season best time of 47.47 at the Don Kirby Invitational… Clocked a PR in the 200m at the Don Kirby Invitational as well, running a 21.59… Finished fourth overall and ran a PR of 1:21.12 in the 600m at the Lumberjack Team Challenge… Was a member of the 4x400m relay team that won the event at the Don Kirby Invitational, running a time of 3:06.58 which was 0.08 seconds off the school record… Competed on the 4x400m team at the Lumberjack Team Challenge that won the event… Appeared in four meets.
2022 Outdoor - Did not compete in the 2022 Outdoor season.
2022 Indoor - Opened season with fourth in the 400 with a time of 48.44 at Lumberjack Team Challenge... Won the 4x400 relay as a member of a team with a time of 3:14.03 at the Ron Mann Classic, finished second in the 400 with an indoor personal record of 47.76 at the same competition... Finished second in the 4x400 with a time of 3:11.98 at The Badgers Windy City Invite... Finished fourth in the 400 with a time of 48.66... Closed the indoor season with fifth in the 4x400 (3:11.98) and 10th in the 400 (47.46).
2021 Outdoor - Clocked a 400m PR time of 46.90 to take fifth at the Desert Heat Classic … Competed as part of the school record breaking 4x400 relay team that clocked 3:03.58 at the NCAA Championships to finish sixth … Placed second at the Pac-12 Championships as part of the 4x400 relay team with a time of 3:08.75.
