2025 Indoor – Won the 60m at the Friday Night Axe ‘Em Open with a personal best and school record time of 7.23, breaking Brianna Glenn’s previous record from 2002… Competed in both the 60m and 200m at the Big 12 Indoor Championships… Ran a season best time in the 200m at the Big 12 Indoor Championships of 24.01… Appeared in five meets.

2024 Outdoor – Finished fifth in the 100m at the Willie Williams Classic with a personal best time of 11.53 which was an Arizona freshman record and fifth all-time in school history… Matched that time of 11.53 at the Jim Click Shootout to win the 100m… Ran a personal best time of 24.08 in the 200m to place fifth at the Jim Click Shootout… Placed fifth in the 100m at the Arizona Spring Break Fiesta and eighth in the 200m at the Willie Williams Classic… Competed in the 100m (finished 12th and 200m (finished 19th) at the Pac-12 Championships… Was a member of the women’s 4x100m team that placed eighth at the Pac-12 Championships to score points for the Wildcats and clocked a season best time of 44.58 which ranks fifth all-time in school history… Finished second in the 4x100m at the Willie Williams Classic… Ended the season competing for Team USA in the 4x100m at the World Athletics U20 Championships in Lima, Peru… Appeared in five meets.

2024 Indoor – Clocked a personal best time of 7.32 in the 60m at the NAU Friday Night Axe’em Open to win the event in her first collegiate race… Finished fourth in the 200m at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Invitational with a personal record time of 23.65… Finished in the top four five different times during the season… Had finishes of second in the 60m at the River Hawk Invitational, fourth in the 60m at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Invitational, and fourth in the 200m at the River Hawk Invitational… Appeared in four meets.

High School: Attended Taravella High School in Coral Springs, Fla. … Lettered in track and field all four years of high school… 3x All-City and first-place finisher in the 100m… All-District in 2023 and first-place finisher in the 100m… Finished second overall in the 100m at the 2022 regional championships and third in 2023… Finished fourth in the 100m and sixth in the 200m at the 2023 state championships… Finished fifth in the 100m at the 2022 state championships… Holds school records in the 100m (11.53) and 200m (24.30)… Her high school’s women’s team won the city championships in 2023.

Personal: Born in Coral Springs, Fla. … Daughter of Safiyyah… Has one brother, Amir, and two sisters, Aliyyah and Ambir… Her cousin, James, also competed in track and field at the collegiate level… Pursing a degree in physiology & medicine.
