2022 (XC) – Competed in five meets… Ran a season best of 22:07.1 in the 6k at the NCAA Western Regional Championships… Finished 26th in the 6k at the Dave Murray Invitational.

2022 Outdoor – Did not compete in the 2022 outdoor season.

2022 Indoor - Did not compete in the 2022 indoor season.

2021 (XC) - Clocked a 6k PR of 20:59.1 to finish 18th at the UC Riverside Invitational … Ran a 2.5 mile time of 16:55.1 at the George Kyte Classic season opener.

2021 Outdoor - Competed in five 1500m races, finishing in the top 10 at the Desert Heat Classic and Jim Click Shootout … Clocked a PR of 4:30.71 at the West Coast Classic.

2021 Indoor - Did not compete in the 2021 indoor season.

2020-21 (XC) - Appeared in three meets … Clocked a PR of 21:12.6 in the 6k race at the Pac-12 Championships … Finished in the top 10 at the Arizona Invitational.

2020 Outdoor: Cancelled due to COVID-19.

2020 Indoor: Made four appearances in the mile … Clocked a PR time of 5:00.49 at the MPSF Championships … Placed fifth at the Texas Tech Invitational … Finished in the top 15 at both the Larry Wieczorek Invitational and Texas Tech Shootout … The remainder of the 2020 indoor season was cancelled due to COVID-19.

2019 (XC): Competed in two events … Finished in the top 20 in the Dave Murray Invitational 5k race … Ran 17:10.3 in the 2.7m at the Cactus Open.

High School: Attended Redondo Union High School where she lettered for four years in cross country and track … Captain of her teams her sophomore through senior years … Received an award as the MVP of her track team as well as a scholar athlete award.

Personal: Daughter of Julie and Quentin Heiden … Pursuing a degree in psychology.
