2022 Outdoor – Finished 3rd in the 3000S and set a PR of 9:50.37 at the 2022 Jim Click Shootout… Clocked a time of 3:59.80 in the 1500 at the Desert Heat Classic 2022… Placed 6th in the 3000 at the 2022 ASU Invitational with a time of 8:51.49.

2022 Indoor – Set a PR of 4:29.24 in the mile at the Lumberjack Team Challenge… Ran a PR in the 3000 with a time of 8:34.98 at the UW Invite 2022.

2021 (XC) - Clocked an 8k PR of 24:47.1 at the UC Riverside Invitational … Took fifth at the Dave Murray Invitational as the Wildcat men’s top finisher with a time of 24:47.1 … Opened the season with a 4.5 mile time of 23:53.3 and a 9th place finish.

2021 Outdoor - Clocked a 5000m PR of 14:33.06 at the West Coast Classic … Finished second in the 3000m at the Desert Heat Classic with a time of 8:37.52.

2021 Indoor - Did not compete in the 2021 indoor season.

2020-21 (XC) - Ran a PR time of 24:13.9 in the 8k race at the Pac-12 Championships … Finished in the top 10 in both the Arizona and Dave Murray Invitationals 8k races.

2020 Outdoor: Cancelled due to COVID-19.

2020 Indoor: Made three appearances … Clocked a PR of 8:35.02 in the 3k at the MPSF Championships where he also ran a PR in the 5k … Placed sixth in the 3k at the Larry Wieczorek Invitational … The remainder of the 2020 indoor season was cancelled due to COVID-19.

2019 (XC): Competed in five events … Placed second at the Dave Murray Invitational with a time of 22:34.3 in the 7k … Finished 13th at NCAA Pre-Nationals … Clocked 24:54.5 in the 8k at the Pac-12 Championships.

2019 Outdoor: Competed in six events, finishing in the top 10 five times … Opened the season at the Willie Williams Classic College where he took eighth in the 5K race … Finished second at the Aztec Invitational with a time of 15:03.78 in the 5K … Ran a time of 8:41.02 in the 3K to place second at the Jim Click Shootout … Took third at the Mt. SAC Relays after clocking a PR of 14:33.65 in the 5K … Finished second at the Desert Heat Classic with a time of 8:41.29 in the 3K.

2019 Indoor: Made three appearances in the indoor season … Finished sixth at the Larry Wieczorek
Invitational with a time of 8:40.40 in the 3K race … Clocked a PR of 8:35.02 in the 3K at the MPSF Indoor
Track & Field Championships.

2018 (XC): Competed in six events, finishing in the top-20 twice ... Clocked a time of 24:55.1 in the 4.5
mile race at the George Kyte Classic to finish 19th ... Took 12th at the Dave Murray Invitational with a
time of 19:59.2  in the 6K race.
