Outdoors: Competed in four javelin throw events, never placing outside the top-3 … Marked his career high throw of 190-0 at the Willie Williams Classic … Marked second place finishes at the TCU Big 5 Classic, Jim Click Shootout, and the Duel in the Desert …
HIGH SCHOOL: A graduate of Amity Regional in Orange, Connecticut … He was named captain and team MVP of his track and field team his senior year … He was named All-Conference first team his junior year, as well as being named All-Region to the First team All-New Haven County team … In his senior year he again received First team All-Region honors as well as being named to First Team All-State.
PERSONAL: He is the son of Bruce and Donna Post … He has two sisters, Jennifer and Kristin … His father Bruce was part of the track and field team at Abilene Christian University … He plans to major in Accounting.
