2021 Outdoor - Clocked a 1500m PR of 3:42.80 to finish second at the Jim Click Shootout … Picked up another PR in the 5000m at the West Coast Classic with a time of 13:53.17 to take fifth.

2021 Indoor - Did not compete in the 2021 indoor season.

2020-21 (XC) - Won the Dave Murray Invitational with an 8k time of 23:23.6 … Finished sixth at the Pac-12 Championships with a PR time of 22:59.8 in the 8k race, earning a ticket to the NCAA Championships.

2020 Outdoor: Cancelled due to COVID-19.

2020 Indoor: Made four appearances … Clocked a time of 4:07.32 in the mile at the UW Invitational … Ran a PR time of 8:10.65 in the 3k at the MPSF Championships … Competed as part of the MPSF champion DMR team that clocked 9:34.95 … The remainder of the 2020 indoor season was cancelled due to COVID-19.

2019 (XC): Did not compete in the 2019 cross country season.
