Hailey Loftin joined the Arizona Communications staff in September 2022 as an Associate Director of Communication Services working with Arizona Women's Basketball, managing the day-to-day media relations and communications needs of the program.
Loftin spent the previous two-and-a-half years at her alma mater, NC State, working first as an Athletics Communications Assistant before transitioning to Assistant Director of Athletics Communications and serving as the primary contact for gymnastics, cross country, track & field and men's tennis as well as the secondary contact for women's basketball.
At NC State, Loftin led the communications efforts for an NCAA women's cross country championship, two ACC women's cross country championships, two East Atlantic Gymnastics League (EAGL) regular-season titles, a pair of outdoor track 5000m NCAA champions and multiple individual ACC and EAGL champions.
Prior to joining the NC State staff, Loftin worked as a volunteer student assistant in the NC State Athletics Communications Office for three-and-a-half years. During her time as a student assistant, she worked across all 23 varsity sports but focused on men’s and women’s tennis, men’s and women’s soccer and men’s basketball. She interned with the Atlantic Coast Conference communications staff during the summers of 2018 and 2019 and volunteered at multiple ACC Championships, including men’s basketball, football, men’s and women’s soccer and men’s and women’s tennis.
Loftin graduated summa cum laude from NC State University in 2020 with a B.A. in Communication Media and a B.S. in Sport Management.
