Peyton Klauber joined the Arizona Women’s Basketball staff as Director of Basketball Operations in 2026 after serving as the Assistant Director of Marketing and Fan Engagement for Arizona Athletics since December 2025.
In her role with Arizona, Klauber worked closely with the women’s basketball program on marketing strategy and game presentation, helping coordinate promotional efforts throughout the 2025–26 season. She played a key role in the program’s fan engagement initiatives, including a season-high attendance mark during Arizona’s Valentine’s Day matchup against Arizona State.
Prior to Arizona, Klauber served as Assistant Director of Marketing and Fan Engagement at the University of North Texas from May 2024 to November 2025. In that role, she assisted in the development and execution of marketing plans, promotions, and game-day experiences across multiple athletic programs.
Klauber began her career at SMU as a graduate assistant in marketing and fan engagement while earning her master’s degree in sport management.
A native of Edwardsville, Illinois, Klauber earned her bachelor’s degree in sport administration from the University of Mississippi in 2023, where she spent three years working with the athletic marketing and fan experience team.
