Ryan Thorne joins the Arizona women's basketball staff in a full-time role as director of recruiting operations after spending four years as the program’s graphic designer and photographer. He started working with the program in 2019 while earning his bachelor’s degree, including for its 2021 run to the National Championship game. Thorne will be responsible for overseeing all recruiting logistics, assisting with on-campus visits and managing recruit information as well as social media content.

Thorne graduated from the University of Arizona in 2023.
