• 2021-22: CSCAA Scholar All-American 
• 2024-25: CSCAA All-America Second Team
• 2024-25: All-Big 12 Second Team
• 2024-25: CSC Academic All-District

2023-24: Season best at the Pac-12 Championships in the 50 free (22.88).

2022-23: Personal best at Pac-12's in the 100 free (49.34; NCAA B cut)… Season best at Pac’s in the 50 free (22.75; NCAA B cut).

2021-22: Three personal bests at the Pac-12 Championships in the 50 free (22.70; NCAA B cut), 100 free (49.35; NCAA B cut) and the 200 free (1:49.02).

Before Arizona: Attended Barrington High School in southern Illinois... Lettered three years in swimming under coach Alex Mikolajewski in addition to one year in volleyball and one in lacrosse... Holds school record for 50 free and 200 free relay... Also swam for Palatine Park District for 6 years under coaches Dustin Thompson and Tony Gallagher... Swam unattached from 2016 to college under coach Janet Schwengel... Five-time All-America and one-time All-state.  

Personal: Alyssa Schwengel, daughter of Kristopher and Janet Schwengel... Two older brothers, Ryan and Kyle Butitta... Two younger sisters, Mia and Emma Schwengel... Chose Arizona due to the “phenomenal team culture and amazing coaching staff...also because of the beautiful mountains that surround campus!”
