Biography
2023-24: Three season bests at the Pac-12 Championships in the 200 free (1:56.03), 500 free (5:04.74) and 200 back (2:02.76).
2022-23: Two personal bests at Pac-12's in the 50 free (25.89) and 100 free (53.54).
2021-22: Three season bests at the Pac-12 Championships in the 500 free (5:03.05), 1650 free (17:26.28) and 400 IM (4:30.83).
Before Arizona: Attended Archbishop Mitty High School in San Jose, California... Lettered four years in swimming under coach Tom Miller... All-America 2019... Also swam for Santa Clara Swim Club for 12 years under coaches Mark Taliaferro, Allison Beebe and Dave Meck.
Personal: Steffi Beisel, daughter of Phil and Kathy Biesel... One younger sister, Sophie... Chose Arizona “for the amazing team-over-self-mentality that the swim team here has. Also, for the great academics and the opportunities I have here. Not only this, but when I visited, I fell in love with the campus.”
