University of Arizona Athletics

Annalisa Aldaz serves as the Coordinator of Major Gifts for the University of Arizona's Wildcat Club, where she supports the cultivation and stewardship of philanthropic relationships that enhance the student-athlete experience and advance Arizona Athletics. In her role, she collaborates with development officers and donors to strengthen engagement and inspire investment in Wildcat programs and facilities.

Before joining Arizona Athletics, Annalisa built a robust career in corporate sponsorships across collegiate and professional sports. Previously at the University of Houston, she spent several years with Learfield - Houston Cougar Sports Properties, managing sponsorship fulfillment, partner activation, and community engagement initiatives that deepened relationships between brands and fans. Earlier in her career, Annalisa gained valuable experience with the El Paso Chihuahuas Triple-A Baseball Team, where she supported the activation of the teams' corporate partnerships and helped deliver large-scale events, including the 2019 MiLB All-Star Game and Home-Run Derby.

A proud Texas native, Annalisa earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from The University of Texas at El Paso and a Master of Science in Digital Marketing & Analytics from St. Edward's University in Austin. She is passionate about connecting communities through sports and helping advance the mission of Arizona Athletics through meaningful donor relationships.
