Ben Smith joined the University of Arizona in February of 2020 as Director of Ticket Operations. He will serve as the primary contact for the Wildcat football program and oversee day-to-day operations for the ticket office.

He transitioned to Tucson from the University of Pittsburgh where he served for nearly five years, the last two and half as the Assistant A.D. for Ticket Operations and Sales. While with the Panthers, he served as the primary contact for the Pitt football program and provided oversight of both ticket operations and sales.
Prior to Pitt, Ben spent four years at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He joined the staff as Assistant Director and was the main point of contact for the UNLV football program. During his time at UNLV Ben played an integral role in implementing several different system upgrades that improved upon the customer buying experience.
