Cody Hendrickson was named Assistant Athletic Director for Innovation and Strategy at the University of Arizona in August of 2024 after nearly eight years at the University of Missouri.
Hendrickson served as Assistant AD for Student-Athlete Leadership for the Tigers from 2022 until his departure and served as a member of Mizzou's leadership team. He oversaw SAAC, Community Service, Leadership Development initiatives, and Mental Performance, while serving on campus as a Title IX and Equity Resolution Hearing Panelist, on the Chancellor's Committee on Student Conduct, and adjunct professor for the student success center and Trulaske College of Business.
Hendrickson started his journey as a graduate assistant with Mizzou Made Academics before being promoted to Academic Coordinator at the University of Missouri for football, women's soccer, and softball in 2020.
The native of Harmony, Minnesota, earned a bachelor's degree in sport management at Bemidji State in 2016 and a master's of education in school and counseling psychology from the University of Missouri in 2018. Hendrickson is currently working on his doctoral dissertation to complete his Ph.D. in educational leadership and policy analysis.
