Derek Hall

Derek “dhall” Hall joined the A-Club and Wildcat Club in October 2019 as the Coordinator of the A-Club Letterwinners Association and Annual Giving. His responsibilities include day to day oversight of the A-Club Letterwinners Association, Reunions, Special Events, generating enthusiasm and growth through alumni outreach as well as securing gifts for the Wildcat Club.

Prior to joining the Wildcat Club, Derek worked for the Directors Guild of America as a 2nd Assistant Director on such films as 12 Years A Slave, Pitch Perfect 2, The Best of Me and Jack Reacher: Never Go Back. His television attributes include Treme, Dallas: The Reboot, L.A.’s Finest, and Underground. Prior to his career in TV and Film Production, Derek served as Special Teams Coordinator/ Linebacker Coach for Delaware State University, where he was a part of the (10-2) 2007 MEAC Championship team that earned an automatic selection bid to the FCS Playoffs. In 2003, he was a Defensive Graduate Assistant for Arizona Football and from 2000-2002, he served as Defensive Graduate Assistant/ Video Coordinator for Eastern Michigan University.

An Arizona Football Letterwinner from 1996-1999, Derek was a part of the 1997 Insight.com Bowl Championship team and the 1998 Holiday Bowl Championship team. The 12-1 record that year still stands as the best in school history.

Derek was a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity as a student athlete and received his B.A. Degree for Dramatic Theory in 2000.
