Emilia Guerra joins the Arizona beach volleyball staff as an assistant coach following a standout four-year career at Boise State. She finished as the program’s all-time career wins leader (86) and earned three Southland Conference All-Conference honors, including First Team selections in 2023 and 2025.
Guerra was a two-time Southland Conference All-Academic Team selection and competed at every lineup position during her collegiate career. A native of San Antonio, Texas, she played club volleyball for 210 Beach Volleyball Club, winning the 2021 BVCA Club National Championship.
