Grant Kelly was named Director of Compliance at the University of Arizona in July of 2024 after spending time at various institutions across the country.
Kelly served as the Compliance Coordinator at the University of Alabama from July 2023, until leaving for U of A in July 2024. Kelly oversaw the compliance efforts for 7 sports as well as all camps and clinics for the Crimson Tide.
Prior to his time at Alabama, Kelly spent time at the NCAA as a Postgraduate Intern in the Eligibility Center, and working in the compliance offices at Central Michigan University, Grand Valley State University, and Oakland University. Prior to working in college athletics, Kelly served in the United States Air Force for 3.5 years as a Fuels Journeyman and as a part of the Joint Base Charleston Honor Guard.
Kelly earned a bachelors in Sport Management from Central Michigan University in 2018. He later returned to Central Michigan and earned a Master of Arts in Sport Administration in 2022.
