Haley Paxton joined Arizona as the Director of Compliance in December of 2021, overseeing and implementing the rules education program for all student-athletes, coaches, departments and campus partners. She also handles all interpretations for NCAA as well as PAC-12 rules.
 
Paxton came to Tucson working as an Assistant Director of Compliance at Ole Miss from 2019-2021. At Ole Miss, Paxton handled bylaw 17 for the Rebels including coordinating time management plans, monitored practice logs, coordinated schedule approval processes, monitored team travel limits, and assisted with educational efforts as well as secondary and major investigations.
 
Prior to Ole Miss, Paxton spent time as a at Cal State Northridge as a Compliance Coordinator (2018-19) and a Compliance Assistant at Northern Colorado (2017) while earning her master’s degree in sports administration.
 
Paxton resides in Tucson with her dog Agatha where they enjoy the abundance of sunshine and outdoor activities.
