Kendrick Johnson joined C.A.T.S Academics in October 2022. He is the Academic Counselor for Men’s Swimming & Diving, and Women’s Track & Field/Cross Country, while assisting with Football. Kendrick is responsible for tracking academic progress, calculating NCAA eligibility, monitoring degree plans, course registration term-to-term, and mentoring student-athletes.

A native of Arlington, Texas, Kendrick arrived in Tucson after serving as an Athletic Academic Advisor at UTEP from 2020-2022. Prior to UTEP, Kendrick spent time at Northern Colorado as a graduate assistant Learning Coordinator (2018-20) while earning his master’s degree in sports administration.
