Kyle Eisenmann was promoted to the Associate Athletics Director for Compliance in the summer of 2022 following four years as Arizona's Assistant Athletics Director for Compliance. Eisenmann oversees the Compliance Office in his current position.
In his previous role at Arizona, Eisenmann oversaw all activities associated with the NCAA and Pac-12 Conference eligibility for current and prospective student-athletes and assists with the development and implementation of departmental policies and strategic planning initiatives.

Eisenmann came to Tucson after serving as the Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance at Santa Clara University, where he oversaw the Santa Clara Athletics compliance system from 2015-2018.

Prior to his time at Santa Clara, Eisenmann was an associate attorney with Kenney & McCafferty, P.C., where he represented clients in multi-million dollar actions under the Federal False Claims Act and in claims under the IRS and SEC Whistleblower Programs.

Eisenmann graduated from the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce in 2007 with a B.S. in Commerce with concentrations in Finance and Management, along with a minor in Psychology. He received his J.D. in 2010 from Temple University's Beasley School of Law.

The former Cavalier played soccer at Virginia from 2004-05 and was on the ACC Academic Honor Roll. Eisenmann and his wife, Melissa Muckel, have a daughter, Aiden, and a son, Grady, as well as two dogs.
