Megan O’Leary joined Arizona Athletics in September 2024. She previously served as the Sr. Director for Alumni & Development at the University of Arizona’s James E. Rogers College of Law. A proud Wildcat alumna and having grown up in Tucson cheering for the Arizona Wildcats, O’Leary is excited to serve in a role connecting alumni, fans, and friends of Arizona Athletics through events and experiences.

O’Leary has over 20 years of professional experience in roles in California, Oregon and back in Arizona since 2017 focused on special events, fundraising, community relations, and education. As a student, O’Leary worked for the Arizona Baseball Team, served as an Orientation Leader, was an active member of Greek Life, and helped plan Family Weekend.

She cheers today for the Arizona Wildcats with her husband and fellow Wildcat Scott and their two pups.
