Mike Smith joined the University of Arizona in February 2025 as its Senior Associate AD, Chief Development Officer.
Smith came to Tucson after serving as Assistant Vice President of Major Gifts for the 12th Man Foundation at Texas A&M, a position he held since joining the staff in November 2019.
The Tuscaloosa, Alabama native has an extensive background in collegiate athletics, with fundraising experience at Auburn, Penn State, the University of Dayton and the University of North Texas.
Mike is a 2010 and 2012 graduate of Auburn University. Mike and his wife Ellie have one son, Tripp.
