Morgan Domenick joined the University of Arizona Athletics Department in April 2024 as Associate Athletic Director for Administration. A member of the department’s Executive Team, she oversees human resources operations, strategic communications, letterwinner engagement, special events, and special projects. Domenick also serves as the sport administrator for Arizona’s women’s tennis, volleyball, and swimming & diving programs, while acting as a key liaison to numerous campus partners and supporting department-wide strategic initiatives.
Domenick came to Tucson from the University of Missouri, where she spent nearly five years in various roles. She was promoted to Associate AD for Administration in February 2023, having previously served as Assistant AD for Administration and Director of Compliance. During her time at Missouri, she supported the Director of Athletics on strategic planning, project management, complex data analysis, and internal reporting. She also served as the sport administrator for the women’s tennis program and was a member of both the senior leadership and leadership teams.
Before joining Missouri, Domenick held compliance roles at Syracuse University, Louisiana-Lafayette, and Southern Miss.
A native of St. Petersburg, Florida, she was a four-year letterwinner on the women’s tennis team at Boise State and was recognized as a Mountain West Conference Scholar-Athlete each season. Domenick earned her bachelor’s degree in political science and criminal justice from Boise State and holds a Juris Doctor and Diploma in Canon Law from LSU’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center.
She lives in Tucson with her husband, Korey, and their two daughters, Margaret and Georgie Katherine.
