Sarah Nicole is a graduate of the University of Arizona, where she earned her degree in General Studies with an emphasis in Arts, Media, and Entertainment. She began her journey with Arizona Athletics as a student intern in the Creative Services Department from 2014–2015 and continued as a freelance contributor from 2015–2024, supporting videoboard productions across football, volleyball, gymnastics, baseball, and softball.
With the transition to the Big 12 Conference, Sarah achieved a longtime career goal by stepping into a full-time role as a Graphic Designer. In this position, she designs graphics for ESPN+ broadcasts while also playing a key role in training and mentoring student staff, helping develop the next generation of live production professionals.
Having built her career within Arizona Athletics, Sarah brings a deep understanding of live production, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for creating impactful fan experiences. As a second-generation Wildcat, her connection to Arizona runs deep—fueling both her creativity and commitment to the program.
