University of Arizona Athletics

Luisa Bautista began working at C.A.T.S. Academics in 2017 as a desk attendant. At this time she was completing her bachelor's degree in psychology. She enjoyed the work environment at C.A.T.S. Academics so much she wanted to help out more and became part of the Executive Board and became an Assistant Learning Specialist. 

She became full time at C.A.T.S. Academics in October 2022 and is currently completing her master’s degree in addiction psychology at Arizona State University. Luisa takes on an average of a 20 student caseload as a learning specialist. She helps them with learning strategies and helps guide them towards success in their courses. 

Additionally, she is in charge of supervising the desk attendants and helps in many areas in the student-worker program. As program coordinator Luisa foresees external operations and helps out with Twitter, graduation, and more!
