Caitlin Manuel

Caitlin Manuel is in her third year in the Arizona CATS Strength and Conditioning Program as an Assistant Performance Enhancement Coach. Manuel works with women’s basketball, the 2018 Women’s Golf National Champions and the sprinters and hurdlers in the Track & Field program.
 
During her time at Arizona, Manuel has also worked with cross country, men’s golf, men’s and women’s cheer and worked in the Olympic Strength and Conditioning program.
 
Manuel, a native of Richmond, Va., worked at Virginia Tech as a graduate assistant for the Olympic Strength and Conditioning Program from May of 2013 until July of 2015 prior to joining the Arizona Strength and Conditioning staff.
 
Prior to her tenure at Virginia Tech, Manuel played softball at Roanoke College for two years as a transfer from Wingate University. In 2012, the Roanoke softball team placed fourth in the NCAA Division III World Series.
 
Manuel, who is CSCAA, CSCS and PES certified, earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Health & Science Exercise Science from Roanoke College in 2013 and earned her Master’s Degree in Educational Psychology from Virginia Tech in 2015.
