ZonaZoo FOOTBALl & Men's Basketball Ticket RESERVATIONS

FOOTBALL & MEN'S BASKETBALL RESERVATION/GAMEDAY POLICIES

  • ZonaZoo members are required to reserve their spot for all football and men's basketball games. ZonaZoo Blue members get access to reserve for Football games, and ZonaZoo Red members get access to reserve for both Football and Men's Basketball games.
  • Click here and use your UA student ID and password to log in and then select the game or games you plan to attend that week.

  • Reservations open the weekend prior to games. ZonaZoo Plus members have an exclusive window that opens on the Saturday prior to the following week's game(s). The reservation window opens for remaining ZonaZoo members on Sunday. To purchase the ZonaZoo Plus upgrade, click here. Those with ZonaZoo Plus will also be able to try to reserve on Sunday as part of standard ZonaZoo members reservation time slot.
  • Once you make a reservation, you will receive a non-transferable mobile ticket for the event to your university student email. You will need to download this ticket into your Google or Apple Wallet to get into the game. Additionally, you will need to enter Gate 4 at Arizona Stadium for football games, and the ZonaZoo entrance on the west side of McKale for men's basketball games.
  • Admission to each game is allocated on a first come, first served basis online through the reservation system. We highly recommend you log in right at when reservations go live for the best chance to claim one. Football and Men's Basketball student admissions are not guaranteed.
    • ZonaZoo members will still have the opportunity to reserve their ticket online until the allotment of tickets are sold out.
  • To CANCEL a reservation, please log into your online account and choose your game to return your reservations. All cancellations must be made online through your online account.  The deadline to cancel a reservation is 12pm on game day.  If a reservation is made, but the student does not attend the event, there is a penalty system in place.
    • A penalty system has been implemented to ensure that ZonaZoo members actually attend the games they reserve each week. 
  • Holiday Pack games are excluded from the ZonaZoo pass.
  • Arizona Athletics' Clear Bag Policy is in effect. For that and other Arizona Athletics and McKale Center policies, click here.
  • **PLEASE ALLOW 24 BUSINESS HOURS FROM PURCHASE OF A ZONAZOO PASS TO ACCESS RESERVATIONS
    If you purchase after 5pm Friday before a reservation, you may not have access to reserve until Monday morning.
