TUCSON, Ariz. – After taking 10th place at last week's Pac-12 cross country championships right here in Tucson, Addi Zerrenner was able to continue to add on to her successful season by earning second team All-Pac-12 honors.

Zerrenner has had a breakout season for the Wildcats, a season that was highlighted by the Pac-12 championships but sustained by consistency in every race she competed in this season. Zerrenner has finished in either first or second-place on the team in every race she competed in this season.

Zerrenner started the season off with a first-place overall finish at the George Kyte Classic in Flagstaff, Ariz. She would continue her success with a third-place finish at the Dave Murray Invitational hosted by the Wildcats.  

Zerrenner went on to take 15th in a competitive field at the Roy Griak Invitational and a 37th place at the unseeded Pre-NCAA Invite. All of this led to Zerrenner's pinnacle where she was able to complete one of her biggest season goals at Pac-12s.

"Back in June I wrote down all my goals and top-10 in the Pac-12s was one of them. To be able to do that three months later is amazing." Zerrenner said after she finished in 10th in the 6K race with a time of 20:47.6.

Zerrenner will be back in action on Friday, November 11th for the NCAA Western Regional meet that will take place in Sacramento, Calif.
