TUCSON, Ariz. – Arizona women's golf seniors
Wanasa Zhou and
Jessica Vasilic have earned Pac-12 First-Team All-Academic recognition, the conference announced on Tuesday.
Zhou, who was a First-Team WGCA All-District Scholar as well this season, was honored with first-team accolades after posting a 3.97 GPA, while majoring in Accounting. She has also earned the Pac-12 Women's Golf Scholar-Athlete of the year at the Pac-12 Championships. This is Zhou's third Pac-12 First-Team Academic award in her career.
Vasilic adds the First-Team honors to her resume for the second time in her career after earning a 3.84 GPA this year, majoring in Finance.
Junior
Natalia Forero earned Second-Team recognition after having a 3.73 GPA in Finance. This is Forero's first conference academic honors in her career.
Sophomores
Haley Moore,
Gigi Stoll, and
Danielle Lee all earned academic honorable mention from the Pac-12 conference. All three received the first academic recognition from the conference in their careers.
