TUCSON, Ariz. – The University of Arizona Track & Field program has received a National Letter of Intent from
Justin Alexander, a sophomore out of El Camino College in Torrance, Calif.
"Justin is a young man that will bring international experience to Wildcat Country," head coach
Fred Harvey noted. "He was a member of the 2016 USA World Jr. Team in the 400-meter hurdles, and was selected to the 2017 World University Games Team. He will have an immediate impact on our program in the 400-meter hurdles as well as the 4x400-meter relay, and will be another addition to one of the top recruiting classes in the country."
The El Camino College product took first place in four 400-meter hurdles events and took second on four other occasions. He set his personal best at the 59th Annual Mt. SAC Relays with a time of 51.42, finishing second.
