SAN FRANCISCO – The Pac-12 Conference released its annual Men's Basketball Preseason Media Poll, and the Arizona Wildcats were picked to finish fourth in the conference while receiving one first-place vote. Arizona won the regular season conference title and the Pac-12 Tournament in the same season in each of the last two seasons, marking just the second time in conference history a program has won four conference championships in two seasons.

The Wildcats were picked fourth behind Oregon, UCLA and Washington while USC was the only other program to receive more than 200 points in the poll.
UA unofficially opens its season with the First Watch Red-Blue Game at 12 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 14 on the Pac-12 Networks. Arizona will play a pair of home exhibitions before its season opener versus Houston Baptist at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 7 on the Pac-12 Networks.
