MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. -- The Arizona Wildcats shot a collective 1-over in the final round of the ANNIKA Intercollegiate on Wednesday to finish in a tie for seventh.
Senior
Haley Moore was the low Wildcat, posting a 73 (+1) on Wednesday to finish the week at 3-under and in a tie for 15th. Fellow senior
Bianca Pagdanganan used an eagle on the par-5 18th to shoot a final round 69 (-3) and finish the week at even par, good for a tie for 25th. Sophomore

Sandra Nordaas birdied her last hole of the tournament to finish tied for 47th (+7), and
Gigi Stoll shot a final round 74 to finish alone in 51st at 10-over.
"I'm very proud of how the team came back and performed the past two days," said head coach
Laura Ianello. "We didn't have our best games but the ladies fought hard and played very well in some adverse conditions. Haley and Bianca led the way with impressive showings and I know the rest of the team will follow their momentum into our next event in two weeks. We are excited to get the season started and we need to know what we need to continue to improve on."
The Alabama Crimson Tide shot 11-under in the final round to finish the tournament at 28-under, two shots ahead of UCLA. The overnight leader Duke Blue Devils shot 5-over on the day, and fell into fifth place.
The Wildcats will be back in action on October 1st, when they head to Skokie, Illinois for the Windy City Classic.
