Arizona’s Aerial Attack Thwarts Boise State 2-0

TUCSON, Ariz. – The University of Arizona women's soccer team defeated the Boise State Broncos by a score of 2-0 on Friday night in Tucson, Ariz.
In the 40th minute, Jill Aguilera perfectly lofted a cross over the last defender, to find the head of Brooke Wilson, to put the Cats on the board. Arizona's second goal came from Junior forward Taryn Siegele, who headed the ball in, off a through ball from Hallie Pearson. With today's shutout, Arizona has kept five straight clean sheets for the first time in school history.
The Wildcats will take the field again this Sunday at Mulcahy Stadium to face Baylor at 2 pm MST.
