Silang, Philippines -- Arizona senior
Bianca Pagdanganan finished runner-up in the Philippine Amateur Open Golf Championship last week, falling one shot short of winner LK Go.
It was a tremendous performance from Pagdanganan as she finished with a 72-hole total of 286, and nearly overcame a four-shot deficit with only nine holes to go. Pagdanganan birdied holes 10, 15 and 16 on her way to a final round 68. The Arizona senior was a co-leader after round one, and stayed near the top of the leaderboard all week long.
Pagdanganan will be back in action when the Cats head to Palos Verdes, Calif. for the Northrup Grumman Regional Challenge starting February 3rd.
