Waggoner Wins 200 and 400 at NAU Tune Up

Tucson, Ariz. – The Cats rounded out the NAU Tune-Up on Friday. The Cats closed out the one day event winning five events.

Undefeated
Tatum Waggoner finished first in the 200 and 400-meter dashes. She clocked a time of 23.93 in the 200 and a season-best time of 53.69.

PJ Tuned Up
Freshman PJ Austin tabbed a pair of PRs in his final regular season indoor meeting of the year. He clocked a time of 6.97 in the 60-meter dash prelims to qualify for the finals. The freshman finished fourth in the finals with a mark of 6.94. He also took first in the long jump registering a mark of 7.39m.

Raising the Bar Daily
Katie Daily set a PR in the pole vault with a mark of 3.87m. She closes out the contest in third.

Cats Jumpin' High
Lillian Lowe took first in the ladies high jump with a mark of 1.79m. Justice Summerset finished fourth in the men's contest with a clearance of 2.10m.

Carlos Villarreal will compete in the mile run at the UW Last Chance Meet tomorrow at 4 p.m. MST.
