TUCSON, Ariz. – The Arizona Wildcats (7-4) dropped the second game of a three-game series to the Wisconsin-Milwaukee Panthers (6-2) on Saturday night at Hi Corbett Field.

A seven-run fifth inning pushed the Panthers past the Wildcats, and one more run for the visitors in the top of the seventh produced the final score of 10-4.

Cameron Cannon (2x4, R, HR, RBI, BB), and first baseman
Austin Wells (3x3, BB) – the top of the Wildcats lineup – combined to collect seven of Arizona 14 base hits on the night. Catcher
Matthew Dyer also collected multiple hits, posting a 2-for-5 performance. Cannon's swatted his solo home run in the bottom of the first inning; it was his second homer of the young season.

Gil Luna worked a strong relief outing for the Wildcats – he held the Panthers without a hit over the final 1.1 innings and logged one strikeout.
